CNC Machining
Milling and turning centers used for machining a wide variety of metals and plastics. Our CNC machines are capable of holding a +/- 0.0005" tolerance.
Welding/Framework
MIG, TIG, and stick welding using aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. We are experienced in working with a variety of weldments ranging from repairs to large framework.
Turret Punching
CNC turret punches are used to form sheet metal by punching unique shapes out of a blank. They are great for cutting several repetitive shapes in succession.
Saw Cutting
Saw cutting allows us to cut large amounts of stock material in-house to specified sizes which significantly reduces material waste.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Cutting, forming, and joining metal to form unique shapes. This includes bending, roll forming, blanking, shearing, laser cutting, plasma, welding, and more.
Screw Machining
Screw machines are used to manufacture high volumes of small to medium sized metal parts including threaded components, pins, and shafts.
Laser/Plasma Cutting
Laser cutting allows for high speed and precision cuts using thin to medium thickness materials. Plasma cutting is best suited for thicker material.
Assembly
Small to large unit assembly of already manufactured subcomponents. This may include parts we manufacture or parts sourced from other manufacturers.
